Apple ID Troubleshooting
Press Play uses Sign in with Apple to manage all user accounts. To ensure no interruptions to your login, it's best to stay signed in to your Apple ID on your device/s.
If you should need to change the Apple ID on your device or update the email associated with your Apple ID, please follow the steps below.
1. Log out of all devices associated with the Apple ID as well as iCloud
2. Go to the Apple ID login page
3. Log in with your existing Apple ID email and password
4. Click "Apple ID and Password" under Account Settings
5. Click `Edit` under Account
6. Click "Change Apple ID"
7. Log back in with your new Apple ID email address via your device settings. Please note that it can take a couple of hours for the updates to propagate across Apple's servers.
8. Sign in with Apple your Press Play app
